Okay it seems that after a bit of a thaw in relationships between the UK professors and WotC UK we are now back to broken promises and unanswered phone calls/emails.

We have been told that the league year 3 kits were comming out to us in April .. we were told they were coming out soon, we were told they had changed the distribution methods and they are now in a wharehouse somewhere ..

The only way myself and Freddy K got any league materials was by going to the WotC offices in person.. even then I was promised that the kits were coming soon..

But what we don't have is the league kits.. Does this mean that for the third year running the UK is going to end up with incomplete league kits??

Does this mean yet again we have to dissapoint our players

How are we supposed to keep a game going with little or no day to day support?

It is fine to wheel out the Challenges now and again but our leagues are breeding the players for those challenges...

So what I want to know is how we get WotC UK to deliver on what they have promised us?

Oh and just when in 2005 will we get our BattleZone stuff?

SNICKERS?? Ah yes another global marketing conspiracy that renamed our MARATHON bar and gave us Joosters too .. Aghh lamentation on the loss of the English language and the rise of Arial COLOR (that's colour to us)

Den,

I hope though you get your calls returned and your emails answered here it is all turning to silence again..

The only problem is the use of the M word starts them salivating like Pavlovs dogs and one has to take a mop and bucket with you to get it off your promo's ..

Personally I like the fused box approach possibly combine with mills bombs and matches.

hey ho back to the battle.. well back to opening E CARD .. whooo hooo .. cheers NoPoke and only Ł85 a box too...

I hope that the MTs in the US can perhaps prod Lee Singleton (WotC-UK rep) to come out of hibernation, he's not responding at all to email or anything as such.

We have no new kits and were promised them last month. I have seen IN PERSON all the stuff at WotC-HQ, they are sitting in his office drawer gathering dust as we speak.

Freddy,

now Lee tells me it is no longer in his draw but is now all in a warehouse somewhere off site??

NoPoke thinks he has the telephone number of teh stores so I suppose we could badger them.

According to Lee's voicemail he is on holiday but despite leaving him a message his boss Keith has failed to respond too.

Ho hum looks like it's just the same as years 1 and 2 again .. ho hum..

Actually, ukpokemonpro, when I suggested using "Magic" I was thinking you folks could rent a group of Druids to hold a few ceremonies out in front of the WoTC office as a protest! Imagine the consternation that would cause!

Well how would you feel if all you 200+ stores with their thousands of glossy catalogues all carried a advert and order info on something that WotC/Nintendo/TPC then pulled.

To late to change your advertising, too late to change your website, too late to withdraw the adverts from Magazines... and when the unsuspecting parent goes to Argos to order the packs...

A little sign pops up on the till not available until December!

Now would you go back in December or would you buy Yu-Gi-Oh or something else?

And if you were Argos when would you take anything from WotC ever again without really thinking good and hard about it??

I think Argos Power did more for getting Europe and the UK Expedition than all our pester power ever did...

For the employes at amigo (responsible for pokemon in germany) I took a voodoo-doll. And because Mr. Torsten John doesn't want to fly to seattle standing, he gave me answers before the worldchampioship. Perhaps try again and search for a good point for the needles [Roll Eyes] !

I recieved an email from Keith Anderson today. MTM had passed my question about sanctioning onto the UK office...

E-card has still not been officially released in the UK so we still can't use it in sanctioned play. [Frown]

Oh well at least its a response [Smile]
