If Team games are going to be sanctioned(and as early as July no less), then won't we need some kind of penalty guidelines? The floor rules need little change, they just have to be adapted to the TMP rules. But the penalties will be alot trickier, and some new penalties will need to be added as well. Any ideas on how this will go?
