Be patient. It's not not like you need it for anything (don't tell me you're using it to impress ladies ![[Big Grin]](../tcg/biggrin.gif) ). The MTs will send them out when they are ready.

Er, to backup what Yoshi said, the only reason you'd ever need them is to
- Look Snazzy
- Convince a n00b of a ruling who refuses to listen to anyone other than someone proven experienced...
- to pick up gi- no wait, that's been ruled out
- Come to think of it, there aren't any other reasons...
The only reason I can see as really needing them would be to prove that you know quite well what you're talking about...

Of course, some people would use that as proof that we don't know what we're talking about. Of course most of them don't play Pokémon.
The only people who really to know you're a Professor are the MTs, and they have a list. We really won't need cards until there are over 1,000 professors and such a list becomes unwieldy. Now a card may come in handy if you say need to influence a store to start a league.
Oh, and girls, I wouldn't suggest you use the card to get guys, just to let you know.

Actually folks, I can think of a reason to have them soon. Fortunately, it wasn't an issue in my case, but I went to the Gym Challenge in San Francisco today and ended up volenteering my services for assisting with the judging as they were a little short on staff. The head judge didn't have a problem with my helping (it probably helped the IPGeek21 has seen my sig on the board a few times, since he was judging also) but being otherwise completely unknown in the SF area (I live in Modesto, and this was the first event I've attended) it would have been nice to be able to flash the card if there was any question of my suitability to assist.

Actually, women might dig the fact that we help kids learn/play a game.

Purity you could use the card as an extra advantage to pick up guys.
I know all i want to see is the card soon.
I would love to see all the pokemon professors wave the cards around at origins trying to be big. it would be funny. I shoudl try that.
