I Have A Rough Draft for the Pokemon Penalty Guideline... It is in NO WAY Official... just a prelimanery rough draft, it needs to have a few more Pokemon Examples, and maybe a few modifactions done to it.

I added a section 163.5 Cheating - Outside Coaching, as it was addressed and did not follow the suggested penalty, that i why i am submiting this for everyone to read, in hopes that we can hammer out some more penalties and how they should be addressed...

Very nice job! [Smile]

My thoughts on the "outside coaching" issue: after the first instance of this, IMHO a repeat infraction should result in the adult being required to leave the game play area, instead of the child being penalized for the adult's actions. If the child is truly dependent on the outside coaching, he/she will lose the game without the extra help anyway. JMHO..

I was going by the answer and explination given by MTM on the mailing list... however i just went by memory... i should prolly look it up huh?...

but yes i agree with that... however when its not a poke parent its an adult player... the advantage may have already occured and the only way to rememdy the problem is to punish the player... as DMTM said somewhere on here that the rules need to be the same for every age... so that is why i put it at that...

however i belive this is one thing that needs AGE Penalty as well... because the child should not be punished because of an adults actions, however an adult knows that outside help is "Cheating" and should not engage in it and should be penealized(sp?), although there are strager things that have happened... [Smile]

I am hoping to get some feed back from DMTM or MTM on this..

Well, I would leave in a descripition of the Game penalty (as I recall, multigame matches are not illegal, just rarely used).
