I´ve been wondering whether it would be possible and useful to attempt to summarize the Rulings in basic principles which can be then generalized in order to cover new situations.
For example:
1. Effects vanishes when the affected Poke is benched, evolved, devolved or leaves play
2. Baby rule does not apply when the attack has started before the Baby Poke goes to the Active Spot
3. Agility, Transparency and similar effect only protect the Defending Pokémon
4. Anytime an attack is self referencing (meaning it mentions itself) and you copy that attack, you replace the self-referenced name with the name of the attacking Poke

I think that this might be useful for everyone if we manage to complete this kind of "general principles"
