The question is, for procedural errors that cannot be reversed (ie. Both players have Cleffa as their Active, player A forgot to filp before Eeeeeeeking and shuffled the hand already. However, player B didn't realize that until it was "too late"). Is the penalty having player B to draw a Prize and player A have no cards in their hand (For the example)?

I'd rather not answer this one on the forums, since I think it is (or is really close to) a test question...
