I am asking this question for a friend of mine who recently passed the Professor test, but forgot to enter his DCI# on the first page. He received an email shortly thereafter stating he had passed, but he never received any other emails for the newsletter. He wants to know who does he need to contact to supply his DCI#, so he can begin receiving the newsletter?

Probably contact [email protected] but in the subject ATTN: MTM & Prof Program.
