Topic: Sanctioning request - not possible?

After logging into the TO Center, and trying to sumit a "DCI Tournament Sanctioning Request", we get an error. It seems to be the case in most browsers. Anyone else had this problem?

I also have been unable to obtain sanctioning numbers.... anyone else having this problem?
I have already left voice mail for Linda and Duncan.
