Regarding Venusaur's Harvest Body Poke-POWER that says, "Once during your turn (before your attack), if you attatch an Energy card to your Active Pokemon as a part of your turn, you may attach an additional Energy card to that Pokemon at the same time. This power can't be used if Venusaur is affected by a Special Condition."
Does the phrase "as a part of your turn" mean as the single energy attatchment of your turn, or does it mean when you attatch an energy card during your turn to your active Pokemon.
A situation would be like Rain Dance with this power and multiple Venusaur on the bench. Would you be able to use each Venusaur's power once for each energy you attatch to your active Pokemon? (attatch one water using raindance attatch another energy, then another water and another energy)

Harvest Bounty is not cumulative - it replaces your normal attach one energy card with attach two energy cards. So multiple HB Venusaurs still only allow you to attach 2 energy cards.
And Blastoise really isn't a good example to use with this - it already lets you attach as many W energy cards from your hand to any W Pokémon.

Well, in the Blastoise situation, I meant something like attatch a water energy, then attach a Recycle or Darkness or something along those lines with the water.

Bountiful Harvest only replaces your one energy card per turn so Rain Dancing extra energy would not do any good. You could use Bountiful Harvest when you do your one energy card per turn attachment and attach a W and Darkness but you could not attach anything extra when you RainDance.
