When attacking with Confusion, you flip a coin, if heads attack normally, and does 20 damage to you if you get tails
My question: does flipping a heads end the Confusion (like it would to Asleep) or does this effect stay with the card until it retreats?

Confusion stays until you make a successful retreat (play retreat cost, then flip heads), use Switch/Full Heal/Miracle Berry, attach a Full Heal Energy, or evolve/devolve/get attacked with an effect that evolves/devolves.
EDIT: ...or if you successfully perform an attack with an effect that evolves/devolves yourself, or if you fall Asleep or become Paralyzed. [ December 01, 2002, 03:11 PM: Message edited by: White Gryphon ]

..well..specific aren't we Gryphon.
You forgot the following - Get knocked out
- Win the game
- Pass out and forfiet from frustration of being confused
- Make your opponent pass out after choking him for confusing you...thereby disqualifying yourself
and finally... - Trigger Armageddon by knocking out a Steelix with a lone Dunsparce (confused, obviously)
There...that should about cover it

There's one more but my brain is too fried to remember it. Someone should come along sooner or later and identify it. *staggers off in a daze*
