I hate those baby cards!
I was playing a preconstructed deck with a Dark Magarco. It was very cool!! 20 damage to babies on the bench. ( Gust would be soooooooo cool to have now [Smile]

My nuB question is:
Are there any other good cards that can attack the bench. I am thinking about making a deck that will cream basics and babies on the bench. Get a few card head start in a MMF tourney. Then bring out cards to stall with the hopes of being ahead when time runs out.

Thanks.

I hope this is an OK ? for this forum.

The Evil Evil Murkrow... Lock something weak in, tear away at the Bench.

Although you have to be careful with that, it's taken a blow with the return of Switch, and we still have the ever popular Double Gust...

But yeah, Murkrow would be more like Support for Tyranitar.

...Speaking of Tyranitar, try comboing it with Unown D, it's an INSTANT KO for babies should you get a heads, and no worries for your own bench thanks to Unown D's Power.

Embrace the Dark Raichu Side too for Bench attacks or Dugtrio or Amphoros oh and don't forget Dark Ursaring too.

Alternately look at SI Exeggutor too...

Try using EXP Hitmonlee. I've killed my share of babies with him. Not to mention anything else in the bench that's in my way. It's fun(Well for me at least). [Evil Smirk]

I know quite a lot.

1. Umbreon(holo neo2), really kills opponents bench, 30 damage to any of your opponents Pokemon is good, same as EXP Hitmonlee.

2. Hitmonlee(fossil), 1st attacks like Murkrow, but its only on the bench.

3. Tyranitar(neo 2) + Unown D = super bench killer number 1.

4. Typhlosion(Flame Wheel) + Transparent Walls = bench killer number 2.

5. Murkrow(neo1) is the easiest one to use.

6. Dark Magcargo attacks bench and active together, thats good but you have to discard a fire energy, not too bad.

7. Blaine's Rapidash is good in unlimited format, because you can attach a DCE to it and use its 2nd attack. Flip a coin, if heads this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponents bench Pokemon.

8. Dark Raichu is a great card to use to attack all your opponents bench, it could either do 10 or 20 damage.

9. Piloswine(neo1), could be a good or bad card to attack bench. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. If tails, this attack does 10 damage to each of your own Benched Pokemon.

10. Hitmonlee(Exp), quite the same as Umbreon except it used FIGHTING ENERGIES!

There are still a lot more actually. This are the only ones I can think of.

A good card to use is fossil Zapdos. It might hurt him, but you'll get good damage on the bench.

Don't kill Pokemon, knock them out. Its the rule. I don't know where the rule came from but its the rule.

A Murkrow/Slowking deck is the prime deck to play with. Just watch out for the Pichus.

Let's not forget the time bombs, Magnemite and Magneton. I had a combo with the Original Magnemite, Metal Magneton, Unown M, and Aerodactyl to do Self Destruct with 0 self damage, then later, move all Lightning energy to a Fossil (LC) Magneton for the big bang. It isn't a tourney winner, but it sure is fun. I also added the Gengar line for added effect.

Erika's Victreebel! It doesn't even have to be active. It's Pokemon Power is like a continual Gust of Wind. So gust out those babies then knock 'em out. No coin flip needed to attack them!

The only down side is that you have to flip for the Pokemon Power.

Whenever you attack a Baby, you have to flip for the Baby Rule so Fragrance Trap can only make them Active (or move them to the Bench).

Dark Ampharos, Dark Espeon, most Tyrranitar, and Dark Raichu all can kill babies. Also use Gengar's abilities to kill the babies in one turn (They play it, Hot Plate does 20 damage, Gengar moves 10 damage with Curse/Chaos Move to them, BANG! gone, no more baby!)

Oops! Guess I was asleep and was thinking instead about Erika's Weepingbel Fly Trap attack. But this attack only does 20 damage so the babies survive. Thanks for the correction.

But as mentioned above, I think Dark Gengar's Pull in gets around the baby flip rule.
