Scenario: An Aquapolis Scizor, with 3 Metals and 2 rainbows attached, attacks a defending Lt. Dragonite .
Does the Scizor player flip any coins?
My opponent argues that the Metal energies count as Metal energy cards even though they are not providing metal energy.
I contend that they do not count as metal energy cards for the purpose of damage calculation unless they are able to provide Metal energy.
I think I'll need a chat ruling on this... [ May 10, 2003, 08:19 PM: Message edited by: Brokenlizard ]

All of the cards attached are providing colorless energy, so they are colorless energy cards and don't get a flip for the attack. If the attack asked for each "Special Metal Energy Card" then they might count, but since it doesn't you don't get to flip.
