Is there a limit to the number of times you can draw cards from opponent mulligans? i.e. Can you draw until you deck out?
Note: Not 'Is there a limit to the number of cards you can draw from mulligans'

Every time your opponent muligans, you can choose to draw 0, 1, or 2 additional cards. (in TMP its 0 or 1)
Yes you can take all your cards in your deck if you want to. But you don't have to.
You will loose the moment it is your turn to draw a card if you have exhausted your deck.
If your opponent is Muliganning then he will never deck out.
