what is your opinion on the rev. seaking. i think it's ok. i'm just looking at pokemon that take low nrg costs but can do high damage. is there anything you can combine it with to make it better?

Seaking is the sort of card tat you say "is OKAY... but 'okay' isn't worth it for an evolution"

yeah, seaking was good before the Neos started to be released, now, there are way too many things that could take it out before it can be a real threat.

Well... A good Card is all in the eye of the beholder. What may be good for one could be the worst card ever. It all depends on how you use it.
I've been known to use cards that many would never give a chance and just let them collect dust in a shoe box with surprising consenqueses. (Think Different) [ December 01, 2002, 06:32 PM: Message edited by: GreatFox ]

70 HP is pretty good. It would be better if it were a Basic, but it's an Evolution, meaning that you might wanna build this guy up on the Bench before attacking with it.
Needs one for it to attack at all. Good. You can Bench Goldeen, attach a Water that turn or the next, then Evolve it the next turn for some quick power.
The first attack (Rising Lunge) can either do 10 or 20 damage depending on what you get on a coin flip.
Second attack (Horn Swipe) needs and can either do 20 or 40 damage, depending on the coin flip. You can attach that first energy to Goldeen when you Bench it, Evolve it next turn, attach another energy and have a more powerful attack.
I think Rev Seaking would make a better TeCH card than a main attacker card. It can stay in for a while with its 70 HP, and only needs one energy to retreat when you're ready. It doesn't need much energy to attack with, either.
And since it's not a popular card, you might just be able to catch your opponent off guard with it.
