Hello everyone,
I just wanted to know if there is any existing card with a Poke-Power that says when a particular type of energy is attached to it, the base attack's damage increases?? I hope that isn't complicated, but I would like to know how it is worded, if anyone knows.

Water Gun?
There are some other Water attacks that increase or give you an extra flip for every water attached.
Can't think of them at the moment.

Neo Heracross doubles it's base attack when it's hit points go to 20 or less. Not exactly what u asked for but close. sorry if that doesn't help. I think such a card would have the wording you inquired about in it's attack effect (base blastoise: hydropump), not the pokemon power/body.

Actually, there is one: Neo Genesis Lanturn. For each (W) attached and not used to pay its attack's cost, the attack does 10 more damage (or you can choose not to add any of it). Combo'd with Blastoise and a (W)-type Chinchou, that can be pretty powerful!

the gyarados from skyridge has a power that if there are more than 7 damage counters on gyarados....the base damage is 100 instead of 50

Several cards can do extra damage with flips for energy attached for their attacks. There is Misty's Poliwhirl, and Neo2 Omistar, and Ex Poliwrath. all are unlimited flips per energy, also Exeggutor (Jungle, AQ Psy,with second attack flipping for all your energy) and AQ grass does 10 to a bench for every energy attached, and Dark does for all energy attached to your opponents pokemon.
