The current Modified format is referred to as Neo-on or Neon.

Sets allowed:
Neo Genesis (minus Sneasel and Slowking)
Neo Discovery
Neo Revelation
Neo Destiny
Legendary Collection
Expedition
Aquapolis
All promo's except 1-20, ________'s Pikachu, and Ancient Mew

If a card from a previous set has been reprinted within one of these sets, it is also allowed.
