I've played Kabutops/ NG Steelix ever since MMF came out and it is extremely consistant. Try 3 Mysterious Fossil, 2 Fossil Egg, 4 Kabuto (neo 2) 4 Kabutops (neo 2) 2 Onix (SI) 2 Steelix (1 NG 1 AQ)
