Just got a couple of R/S packs.

One of the Psychic pokemon is Kirlia. The first attack has a strange wording:

* Dazzle Dance
Flip a coin. If heads each Defending Pokemon is now Confused.

The "each Defending Pokemon" is rather strange wording. Is it a mistake, or meant for the 2 on 2 battles? Too bad we don't have anybody to ask these momentous questions of right now.

Yes it's designed to work for 2 vs 2. That way, if you got heads, thay'd both be confused.

You'll see a lot of wording like that in the set.
If there is only one Defender, it only affects that. If there are two, it affects both of them.
