Therealrowdy1 Member Member # 133110 posted March 18, 2003 05:28 AM            Does anyone have any idea how I ended up with a 28/64 Vaporeon Foil? I thought only the 12/64 was foil. Wizards told me to come in here and ask some of you. Any thoughts? I could email it to someone who may be interested. It does have the Jungle footprint on the bottom right of the foil. I obtained the card through an ebay transaction where I bought 1000+ cards trying to complete my sons collection.
