the pokemon breeder fields(Neo R) says "flip a coin for 1 or 2 of your non-baby Pokemon that can evolve. For each head, search your deck for a later-stage card that matches that Pokemon. Then put that card into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward." If you have 2 Dratini, and use Pokemon breeder fields, do you flip two coin for two dragonair? Do you flip one coin for only one dragonair or two dragonair? or do you flip two coin, first for a dragonair, then second for a dragonite?

AS LONG as you tell your opponent for WHICH pokemon you are flipping for... either of your proposals are fine... look for 2 dragonaires or 2 dragonites or 1 dragonair or 1 dragonite. That is if you flipped HEADS.
It's up to you.

Specifically, you would tell them, "I am flipping for this Dratini, and that Dratini". You don't have to tell them if you are going to search from Dragonite, Dragonair, Dark Dragonite, Dark Dragonair, Light Dragonite, or Light Dragonair, as long as it is from the Dratini Evo line, you are fine.
