OK, I probably didn't see any previous posts like this, but this is in regads to the Holo Discovery Umbreon's Feint Attack.

DDC Feint attack
Choose one of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokemon. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Pokemon powers or any other effects on the defending Pokemon.

My questions:
1) Do the Darkness Energy add to the damage done
2) If yes, won't the extra damage only work on the Defending Pokemon
3) Does Metal Energy reduce damage done by Feint Attack

Thanks for helping!

There is 2 points:

1. Fient Attack only prevent effect on the DEFENDING pokemon, it will work normally when targeting bench pokemon.

2. Darkness energy only do extra damage on DEFENDING pokemon. On Fient Attack, it will increase damage if attacking Defending pokemon, but not bench pokemon.

My questions:
1) Do the Darkness Energy add to the damage done
-- Natural Darkness Energy will add 10 damage to the Defending Pokemon (not to benched Pokemon)

2) If yes, won't the extra damage only work on the Defending Pokemon
-- That is correct

3) Does Metal Energy reduce damage done by Feint Attack
-- Feint Attack ignores all effects on the Active Pokemon, so Metal Energy on the Defending Pokemon would not reduce Feint Attack's damage, but Metal Energy on a Benched Pokemon would reduce Feint Attack's damage by 10 for each Metal Energy on that Pokemon.

I assume that Feint Attack also ignores Weakness and Resistance too...
