OK - I run a Dark Espeon/Umbreon Deck and I need a lot of Eevee. However, with the good promo Eevee now banned from SBZ, I need some ideas on what other Eevee are good and can get their evolutions out fast. I have 2 Neo Discovery Eevee, are there any others that can evolve fast? I need 2 Eevee... so help!

I think this should be in single card strategy.
Anyway, the Neo Discovery eevee is the best so far. It's the only one that can instantly evolve.

Neo Discovery Eevee is pretty much your best bet. It's a bummer they dropped the old promo Eevee, otherwise I'd suggest going 2/2 with those as well. As it stands, go for the Discovery Eevee.

Yeah, Neo Discovery Eevee may be your only hope. It's too bad that they banned the promotional Eevee... I liked that card.
Unless you're playing Unlimited and want to include the Jungle Eevee, I'd stick with MrGrass's idea.
