If I have multiple harvest bounty venusours on the bench , is harvest bounty cumilative? ie: I have two venousours on the bench. I attach 1 energy to the active pokemon. Can I then attach two additional energy?

No Bountiful Harvest is a replacement for your free energy attachment. So they'd just replace each other and you'd wind up with only being able to attach your normal free energy and then the Bountiful Harvent bonus energy card.
