Can someone post the text on the Bounce energy card? Something tells me it reads a bit differently from the translation... (from what I gather from the last chat transcript).

As I thought, the card requires Basic energy is already attached to use it [Frown]

It does require having a basic energy card attached. They just messed up he text. The first batch of chat rulings announced that you can only attach Bounce Energy to a card that already has a basic energy attached.
