Is Psyshock supposed to be Confused? Aren't all other Psyschocks a Paralyzer?

Why would you call this "Lilypad Mew" if Mew is VERY clearly on a rock? See the dirt around him? THAT AIN'T WATER!!!

Yes, the original text (from the Japanese card) calls for paralysis. That doesn't mean you should play it as though it said "Paralyzed." Play it as written because the change doesn't make the card unplayable.

As for the unofficial moniker "Lilypad Mew," I don't know why. I personally call it Mew-47 or Neutral Shield Mew.
