Sorry for asking about an old card, but an argument came up between me and my friends.
Anyway, Clefairy Doll has the same effect as Mysterious Fossil, except for the line "Discard it anyway." on Mysterious Fossil. Does this mean that when Clefairy Doll is K.O.'d it doesn't count as a K.O.'d Pokemon AND isn't discarded? If so, Clefairy Doll is INVINCIBLE. (My friends don't like invulnerability.)

It may not count as a KO'd Pokemon, but Clefairy Doll is still discarded. (Whenever a card is KO'd, it is discarded unless SPECIFICALLY stated that it goes somewhere else. Clefairy Doll has no such statement.) Sorry...

Rule of thumb-- anything that seems invulnerable is probably just an error in interpretation. For example, Jungle Mr. Mime was nearly invulnerable, but could be damaged if you were ready for it. Suicune was considered invulnerable for a while, until it was re-interpreted.

Every time I think I can't say anything stupider, I prove myself wrong. Maybe I should just stop thinking.
