--Dusts cards off---
I've noticed that alot of people over look some old combos, think that they are a waste of time, that if your not playing with the best of combos you are wasting your time and theres, well- hey if you cant have fun I say whats the point? Take for example Tickle Machine and Inposter Profecor Oak, now when this combo works, it basicly gives you oppenent a hand of 7 cards, most people would say that is pointless... ah unless your playin a decking/stall deck. You want your opponent to draw cards. Now, granted, Elm, and Cleffa, and Now Pro Oak's Reserch messes this combo up, but no combo is perfect. Or the digger/curse combo- sure that does'nt always work... there are others that just seem pointless, Charity and Huracane.. but I guess everyone likes the Traper combo, or the engery removal followed by hyper beem combo, or whatever else that is a "good" combo, what ever happened to playing for fun? Well, just a thought.

I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.

Or, the most broken Modified combo:
Slowking/something
I Loooove combos! My newest favorite combo is Expedition Butterfree/Vileplume. My son likes the Expedition-Venusaur/Genesis-Meganium combo.
I also like the best Modified stall combo:
Damage Swap/Blissey/Tentacool/P-Center/P-Nurse
Combos are fun!!! [ October 25, 2002, 08:41 PM: Message edited by: SteveP ]

A few combos I like are Blastiose/Charizard from base set. Blastiose allows you to attach many water energy to Charizard and Charizard lets you turn them all to fire energy. Another would be Alakazam/Tentecule. You keep Tentecule benched and use Alakazam to move damage counters to Tentecule and put him in your hand. This could be catchy!

Read Blastoise's Rain Dance power again... the only way you could attach multiple Water Energies onto Charizard with it is if Charizard were somehow changed to a Water-type.
Of course, if you also have an Expedition Ampharos on the Bench, you could Rain Dance onto Blastoise and then use Ampharos's power to move those energies onto your Active Charizard... but I personally prefer using the Ampharos/Blastoise combo with Shining Raichu and Genesis Lanturn.

Most of the unlimited decks I run are "old comboes": Turbo Snorlax, Aerodactyl/Murkrow/Dark Vileplume,Energy Crisis (Hyper-beam, ER, and SER), etc.
In modifed, the main combo I ma working with is an old one with a new twist. "Swarm" decks-where your main attakers have a single energy attack, so you can freely heal all damage with Pokemon center. Now that we have Pokemon Nurse, it just got even better and even some evo's can "swarm" (NDi Beedrill, NR Kingdra, and even the non-holo Exp Charizard).

no no , the combo for Charzard (ledgendary/bs/bs2) is...
Blastoise, Venusar, Porygon2 +3 and charzard active, then you can raindace on blastie 3 watter, convert them to grass via Porygon, then move them with Venusar and burn em with charzard. Oh then get fryed by pichu. hey I didnt say it had to be a good combo.
