I don't think so. Look at the text... the damage must be on the POKEMON it is attached to. TOO bad nice idea...

2. In cases in which your opponent gets to choose something of “yours,” then the chosen opponent gets to choose any “your” on the entire team. 9. Once an effect has its target designated, that target cannot change while the Pokémon that originated the effect remains in play. This means that if you had Slowking target one opponent, if that player leaves the game, Slowking’s Pokémon Power cannot be retargeted unless that Slowking leaves and then reenters play.

10. Stadium cards affect all players in a game. Only one Stadium card may be in play in any game at any one time (per the standard rules).
