Perhaps you could help me, I have a question regarding Lilly Pad Mew's Pokemon Power, which states that it prevents all effects of attacks by eveolved Pokemon.
What if I evolve my Tyrogue into Hitmonlee is Hitmonlee considered an evolved Pokemon? He is afterall a basic Pokemon ![[Confused]](../tcg/confused.gif)

Actually, Hitmonlee is considered an Evolved Pokémon once you have evolved Tyrogue into it. Anywhere else, it's considered a Basic Pokémon, but when you evolve a baby, the result is no longer a Basic Pokémon.

If you evolve a baby pokemon then it is considered as evolved pokemon.
