on Bill's Maintianance, do i have to show my opponent the card i shuffle into my deck? and on Forest Gaurdian, do i have to show him/her the card i pick?

1) For Bill's Maintenance, NO.
2) for Forest Guardian, NO.

Usually it says on the card if you MUST show your opponent.

When the card does not specifically state whether you show your opponent or not, the rule of thumb is as follows:

>> If you are shuffling in or searching for a specific kind(s) of card(s), you must show your opponent. For example, the Fossil set Energy Search trainer card did not say to show the Energy card to your opponent, but it was ruled that in cases where you are looking for something specific, showing your opponent was implied.

>> In cases where you are able to take any card or shuffle in any card, you are not required to show the card to anyone. Your questions both fall into this category.

i arrive at the (conclusion?) that if the card say u (like snorlax say) to look for (4 example) an energy u have to show it because if not u can take any card and nobody will know that.

yes you have to show the energy to your opponent so that this proves to him/her that you are not cheating
