the crystal nidoking's poke power has an error. it says fire energy and (i assume) should say fighting.

how has this been ruled? fire or fighting?

thanks!

Play it as written for now, at least. They may errata it, but they haven't done so yet.

I think you would play it as fighting since the same error was found on Blaine's Charizard and we play it as fire.

PokePop is right, it has to be played as written until they say to do so otherwise.

Yay, Fire type Nidoking, well at least for now.

But why put Fire energy on him, it doesnt really benefit his attacks

To evolve, treat Eevee poorly, when it hates your guts, let it get ko'ed in th night while holding Spell Tag. PS, if it gets ko'ed outin the day, then it will die, go visit its grave in Soul House of Lavender, next to Fuji

Well, I'd assume that all of "Crystal" pokémon were made so that you could combo them with the TMs. Since you can only attach TMs to the same type of pokémon as the TM, and Nidoking can be 3 different types... makes sense to me anyway [Big Grin]

That is a great idea, and that means Burn and Poison from the Crystal Nidoking. KEWL

Here is another Quick ??

If you have a Meganium (Wild Growth) in Play and attach a Grass to Nidoking, then does that Gras count as two G for that turn...so you could power up his first attack by turn Two if a grass is played as the 2nd nrg right???

Either, you Pokemon Yes, or you Pokemon no. If you Pokemon Guess So, sooner later, "squish" justa like bug Pokemon!!

Yes, the grass would provide 2 energy if a Meganium was in play.
