If you have a Mysterious Fossil on my bench and a Houndoom Skyidge as Active pkmn does Mysterious Fossil count as a bench pkmn and does the atack -10 damage?? ![[Confused]](../tcg/confused.gif)

While in play it counts as a basic Pokemon and would be calculated.
