Topic: Can I really use plus-power with rocket's snorlax to do 60 total ?

Mike suggested to someone to put rocket's snorlax and the trainer plus-power . He said that attaching this trainer to R.snorlax and attack will make a total of 60 damage like this :
*you attack with snorlax : 20 + 10 because of the plus power .
*your opponent's active pokemon damage R.snorlax
-> R.snorlax power is doing damage to the defending pokemon : 20 + 10 (plus power)

But I say it's not true , it can only get to a total of 50 .
A. plus power only adds 10 damage to attacks that do damage after applying weakness/resistance and not to damage done by pokemon powers .
B. r.snorlax's "restless sleep" says : ..."this power does 20 damage "...

Dunsprace total 41.
I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.
