expeditions golems poke-power says prevent 10 damage to golem, would it prevent 20 damage if i have two out?

That's what is called the self-referencing rule. Each one is only referring to itself, not any and all cards name Golem.

No, this would fall into the self-referencing rule. Otherwise, it would mean, "Reduce all damage done to this Pokemon by 10"
now - on this topic, does the reduction come before or after Weakness/Resistance? (the same question with AQ Slowbro)
