I found out at the SBZ tourney that the new promo Hitmonchan has 60 HP, where the card that it is a reprint of has 70 HP. Is the 70 HP Hitmonchan playable, or just the promo?

This will cause everyone to trade around for the old HItmonchan again.. 10 HP has always been important.....
