If you use Brock's Ninetales, Rev. Kingdra, and Blaine's Arcanine, could you genetic memory to use Blaine's Arcanines 2nd attack to do 120 without having to discard?

I would really like it if an MT could answer this.

Straight from the Compendium:

Q. What happens if you slap Kingdra on a Brock's Ninetales and try to use Genetic Memory?
A. Nothing. If you attach Kingdra on a Brock's Ninetales it is only treated as that Pokemon. Genetic Memory ONLY lets you use attacks from Kingdra's basic or evolution cards and there aren't any of these in this example. (Oct 18, 2001 WotC Chat, Q17; Sep 19, 2002 WotC Chat, Q471)

There you have it. The answer to your question is no.

besides that, if you switch evos on Brocks Ninetails, you must discard the previous one.

--------------------
To evolve, treat Eevee poorly, when it hates your guts, let it get ko'ed in th night while holding Spell Tag. PS, if it gets ko'ed outin the day, then it will die, go visit its grave in Soul House of Lavender, next to Fuji

you never discard the bottom evo when you shapeshift a B.Ninetails unless you use its power to do so.
