Topic: Can the new Mewtwo promo be used in MMF?

I recently got my latest league promo, Mewtwo. ![[Smile]](smile.gif)
I was surprised when I noticed that this is the Movie Mewtwo (I think), promo #3.
I thought that promo cards given out at the league were legal to be used in any deck, but then I also know that promos 1-20 were taken out of MMF! So, Can I use the new Mewtwo for MMF?
I've confused ![[Confused]](confused.gif) (though not asleep, poisoned or paralyzed). Some one please flip heads for me and give with the answer! Thanks.

Nope. The card was put out simply for people who didn't get it to get it. it is not legal in Modified.

The fact is most new players can't get any of these cards-just like the old sets. They had to be rotated out (except Telekinesis Mewtwo and Dark Persian which are in LC and therefore legal as long as that set is).
