SC should read:

Strength Charm
Trainer card
Pokémon Tool
Attach Strength Charm to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn’t have a Pokémon Tool attached to it.
Whenever an attack from the Pokémon that Strength Charm is attached to does damage to either player's active Pokemon (after applying Weakness and Resistance), the attack does 10 more damage. At the end of your turn in which this happens, discard Strength Charm.

(Modified from oracle)

So does that mean if I damage the bench, I don't get the extra damage, but the card stays attached until I damage myself or the DP with an attack?

Good question. Does the word "this" refer to the attack or the damage?

FYI, here's the translation of SC from Usagi-chan (just the last sentence).

quote:
At the end of the turn you use Power Shard, discard it.
It's still a bit ambiguous, but I'd say that if your attack doesn't do damage to either the active or defending Pokemon, Strength Charm stays attached.

Well "this" refers to an "attack that damages the Defending Pokémon". The whole thing there. So if you attack the Bench, I'd say Strength Charm stays on.

Also, if you use an attack that does an effect but no damage, such as Oddish's Poisonpowder, Strength Charm would also stay on. It stays attached until you damage the Defending Pokémon.

Nice obversation, Yoshi!

Strength Charm stays if you just place damage counters. wonders how to make use of that.
