These are the dates for 2 City Championships that will be held in San Antonio, Texas:

DATE: Dec. 22, 2007 (saturday)
PLACE: Gamelot
TIME: Noon(REGISTRATION)----1:30 START TIME

TIME: 10:30 AM REGISTRATION----- NOON START TIME

There will be prizes handed out to the top 4 places in each age group. The prizes are as follows:
1st place: 18 boosters
2nd place: 10 boosters
3rd place: 4 boosters
4th place: 4 boosters
There will be no run off for 3rd and 4th place. I hope to see everyone come out and have some fun. I know no one from out of San Antonio should come to our house and take some medals that belong in San Antonio.:wink: I challenge all to come into our house and try to take some hardware home.:eek:

All I know is that I CAN DRIVE ON THESE DATES. (I start on Dec. 12)
So, there is no doubt I will be there.
Y'all will prolly start seeing me at league a lot more often too. Now that I don't have to ask my parents to take and drop me off.

I'd prefer to hit up tournaments with my brother, but more likely than not I'll be going to one or both of these. The 12/22 date seems amazing.
 
12/22... Am I in San Antonio that date? Get in the 15th, leave the 25th... OK, now are my parents taking me on some krazy field trip down there...?

been away from the pokemon tcg for a while (blame job hunting, discovering new people and other things for my absence), but I'll see if I can prepare enough to at least try these 2 tournies.
 
I think this is due for a bump.
So yeah, I can't make it to the CC on the 5th cause I have All-State auditions for choir, dang.
Oh well.
And this weekend I will be there fo sho. Hopefully my parents will let me drive cause I get my license tomorrow.
On Saturday, let me think. Oh yeah I am doin community service hours for NHS by singing w/ some of my friends at a nursing home (how fun, lol). BUT I think that's only from 10-11 SO I will be there at like noon. Don't change the time on me Jose.
I really need to get back in the groove. I haven't done anything Pokemon related since BR's and I have gotten a total of 3 packs from Secret Wonders cause I bought a tin, but that's it.

SO, this week I gotta think about what to play.
Pretty exciting. Either Mario or Empoleon or something else.
 
Got half the day off for this tourney, so I'm heading there right after work. Gamelot has changed, and it looks much better. I'm sure everyone is going to have fun there. :)

Are you talking with the new location or did they actually remodel the place over the past few months?

Totally remodeled now, they actually have a gaming PC area added with an Arcade Room as well. Big screen TV as well, looks much better now. I can't wait to see how things go this Saturday. :)
 
For anyone coming from out of town, easiest way to find GameLot is look for the Churches right in front of it. If you see a Long John's Silver, its on the other side of the Bandera. Hope to see lots of peeps from out of town, the place has plenty room. :)

And there is also a CiCi's across the street, can't wait to get some pizza after the tourney or during lunch break (if there is one). :)

Well gang, this weekend is coming up pretty fast. I hope to see alot of faces since this will be the only tourney in south texas since BIG BOY in houston is not running anything this weekend. There will be plenty of space available and a/c should be very adequete since i think it's going to be hot this weekend. The place doesn't open till noon but he might get there a little early to open up. It might be a long day. I suggest after signing in and deck check you should eat before starting in the tourney. There are several restuarants nearby. GOOD LUCK to eveyone.:tongue:
