so wailord has 200HP. problem is HORRID attack. counters:

1. sableye CG-disable its only attack and wailord has 4 or 5 retreat. soo
2. lightning pokes with heavy damage-ex. amphy SW, vire, even raichu PK OHKOS it

If you are running holon wp you might as well run some psychic energy for the free retreat....

WP prevents stableye, and 10 to a 200 hp pokemon......thats going far. X_X

and he heals at least 10 damage a turn if you play a good list.

That is a SOLID list even though it is still up in the air. Once I get my hands on Wailord I won't bother making a deck except for my team, Team Lesage. Hope this helps. BTW, Glacia's Stadium is good but, then you couldn't play Glacia's Stadium. BTW, Electivire LV.X is now very playable.

Do I have to spell out the syllables for you? Pa-chi-ri-su. An amazing starter that for one energy hits for 80. If it was just a tech it would be good, but it's the new dunsprace with an awesome attack, it's going to be played. A lot.

Who said anything about keeping the guy in Play afterwards? Just reatreat to something with more firepower, and bring Pachi back up if the Wailord uses any more tools.

Which will cost you resources. And if a Wailord player is a bit clever, he uses the DP4 Lapras with the built-in Castaway and add a Strength Charm or two. Whaddya know, he suddenly OHKO's Pachirishu.
