Wouldn't Quick Ball be really good in here since you need any pokemon you can get basically.

with castform start use 3-3 Mentor Roseanne, works very good.

I would put in a gardy line for this deck

you would make the basics the delta version

So instead of a Call for family attack or a 75% chance to poison, you replace them with Tail whip and a 50% chance to poison.

Also replacing a 60HP basic with a 40HP basic.

Delta Draw is dead, nearly every deck has a Wager or two to knock down your opponents hand size.
