In Dark Ninjas list Id take out all the Windstorms, Plus Powers, and 1x CC...

and add in a some Warp Points, ER2s, and the like.
 
4 Windstorm? You aren't using any powers, so the only thing I can think this would be in there for is Crystal Beach. You would be better off using Drake's Stadium or Battle Frontier as a counter Stadium along with a Scott or 2 to help get them. You should have at least 2 Fire in here to protect your Blissey from it's Weakness. The Master Ball in the main OP list should be TV Reporter to help get energy in the discard and to generally speed up the whole deck.

I added ER2 to help against all the DRE and Scramble being used right now along with being able to take out the Holon FF when you need to. ER2 can also seal an early rush victory, which this deck is capable of.

If you want a little more of a defensive build, replace the ER2 with Super Scoop Up to, hopefully, use Lucario Lvl X more than once and to heal up a badly damaged Blissey.
