The damage imput seems like a problem in this deck. Only real attacker is Meganium and that's a backup line. Maybe you should think of a better stage one other than a stage two like Meganium?

-1/1/1 Rhyperior line
-1 Umbreon
+4 Rare Candy

ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Other than that I think the deck looks great. You might want to slack off on the DRE count a little bit so that you have more starting energy for Absol.

i think honchkrow is a better deck that discards cards from their hands till they have nothing at all
DWF discards a card, Absol discards max 2, umbreon* discards one, TGM discards 1 and TGW reduces hand size

'cept Honchkrow don't remove cards from deck; it places cards back INTO the deck. So does Mars. That just delays resources, rather then destroying them, which is why Rhyperior is being considered.

Am I mistaken?

Anyway, you don't want Bill's Maintenance; you want either Galactic's Mars (the hand destruction's worth offsetting Rhyperior, since you control it) or Oak's Visit (for a better draw effect).

I wouldn't think about too many Galactic's Wager though, if you decide to put it in. Remember, your opponent gets to choose UP to a number, so they can draw nothing from one (and that messes up your deck-out plan).

I frankly don't like Quick Ball, always gets the wrong card in my experience. Dusk Ball or bust, I'd think. ESPECIALLY since you can run Oak's Visit over Bill's Maintenance.

Love the Meganium use, perhaps the count could increase a tad (3-2-3)? 4 Rare Candy is a must, of course. 4 copies. 4-3-4 Rhyperior is quite overkill, yes, can go back to 3-2-3 with little problems.

I feel like 3 Night Maintenance is overkill as well. I know you'd want similar numbers if using Time-Space Distortion (to have a chance of actually getting Heads a good amount of the time), but it's a tad rediculous for Night Maintenance. You're never going to have to worry about decking out 'gainst your opponent, realistically (since so many people play Delcatty). TSD is more useful, 'cause then you get Rhyperior out immediately, which is obviously more beneficial. So would be finding a Meganium ASAP.

just a thought but what about taking out the umbreon* and maybe something else and think about putting in a mew (sw) then you can use the abilitys of the pokemon u discard with the amout of deck discard. and then you dont have to worry about not have a hard hitter you can use theres against them.
also if you take out some dre for some physic energy for mew and some roseanes research so you cant set it up if you need to

instead of bills i would put in 4 mars. 100% rare candys the deck wont work with out it. and take out the great balls for warp points to get round Rhyperies horribly retreat cost if your stuck with him out. only have 2 night mantenace and 4 quick balls, as i think more the better to be able to draw up to 4 extra pokemon in one turn and then use a celios to top them up. i just think they give you a lot more freedom in your deck. hope ive been helpfull

p.s what meganium are you using i guess magenium d for evolutionary call?

If you want to reduce thier hand (either by Discarding cards or putting cards back into their deck, why not replace Meganium with Walrien? You have a 25% chance of Discarding their Active when it comes into play and when it attacks, they have to Discard a card or else their Active is Paralyzed.

meganium or nidoqueen seem pretty needed to win by decking out, if you plan on revamping the deck to do damage you can take focus off of rhyperiors power a little but i feel like rhyperior walrein is to slow and you'd not quite take 6 prizes and not quite deck them out, you want to get the power at least 4 times in a game, although 4 is a very low count unless your good at stalling

i used to play a rhyperior varient, i would say that the maintenance are important but if you can get a tsd to replace a maintenace that might speed things especially if you take your searcher out but if you keep the searcher 3 maintenance should work, i never used tsd

I was planning on getting i think getting a absol start and stall while i get atleast 2 rhyperior's charged up im think usually u could mess up your opponents setup of getting there pokemon and key trainers out.

run 4 scrambles, now that i think of it, it's more useful than dre because you can scoop, rare candy , scramble in 1 turn or jsut scoop and give the scramble to a lined up rhyno,

this is actually a good idea because of absol's stalling powers, i think 1 azurill would help i had 2 in mine but i note the differances between this list and mine , it gets candy and scoops back and sets up scrambles, it only works in rhyperior, other than that it's horrible but it's gold when cards like candy are so important

oh i'd suggest 2-3 windstorms, 2 if you have a stadium, cessation is a pain to a deck like this and your stadium would be there to counter crystal beach
