I really am curious. Are PTO’s supposed to ignore anyone of their players that has been suspended? Is there any PTO here that can answer this for me?
I ask this because of an issue I am having now. As many of you know I am on a 3 month suspension (for reasons that do not need to be discussed), and of course this means I cannot attend POP events or be on site of POP sponsored events. Well this posed a problem for me. I had borrowed cards from people at a tournament right before I received this suspension. Very expensive cards I might add. The issue being that the people I borrowed these from do not live close by. I know them because I see them at events. Well as I said I had borrowed cards from them, then over the next few days became suspended. Of course this stopped me from attending events and therefore returning the cards and no one lives close enough to me for me to give them the cards to return to the other people. I aslo had no way to contact them, because I did not know their phone number or E-mail adress. What made matters worse was that I had completely forgotten the name of one of the people who I had borrowed cards from and the last name of another, but knew what they looked like and could easily describe them.
Now this all happened about a week or 2 before winter break. Well I did not panic and I decided to E-mail my PTO to get the names and E-mail addresses of these people so I could contact them and arrange a way to mail them the cards. I got no response for several days. I tried calling. I even left messages. Still nothing. I sent other E-mails. I was not doing this to the point of “over doing it” I called maybe once a week, and only left messages every other week. I sent E-mails maybe once a week as well. I even made sure that I called when my PTO was online. I have still received no response and I still have these people’s cards and they have mine. What is annoying is that I have gotten ZERO response from my PTO even till this day. It’s like I am being ignored. I do not want my friends to think I am a theif. Some of my friends do not even know I am suspended. To them this looks like I took their cards and quit showing up to tournaments. With no way to contact them, what can I do. Luckily I was able to contact a friend of mine in North Texas yesterday who had a means to contact 2 of these people. Of course there is still the issue of the person who’s name I can’t remember and the person whos last name I cannot remember. Neither of them have gym accounts. So I knew only my PTO could help me get the names and E-mail addresses to contact these people with. However I get no responses I even sent a couple of PMs on the gym when my PTO was online. Nothing! I cannot believe anything other then that I am being ignored.
I am a bit frustrated, and annoyed that I am being ignored. All I want is help to return these cards and get my cards back. Is that a bad thing? I have been trying to get a response from my PTO since Dec. 9th and I get ZERO response. Not even an explanation. I still have some people's cards and I want to return them. Is there a rule that PTO’s must ignore suspended players? I would at least like to be acknowledged if there is one. Even if there is such a rule though, is it right to ignore a player trying to do the right thing?
