I fixed it up, a lot of cards were in there that you didn't need, this list should run smooth.

in my country have citys yet...
prize card: rosseane > holon mentor ... because i can get energy if rosseane, and if holom mentor only basic pokemon and for basic pokemon i use great ball... why you use sableye and cessation? sableye have power so u can use only if you didnt put cessation on blissey, stevens > birch ok i agree, but why i take out my trainers for put support, i can use many treiners in 1 turn this is better... and drake stadium is counter gg because he needs flip 1 prize more

Menotr is always over rosseanes in blissy decks.. It gets all of your chansey/sableyes out and it discards an energy so you can happy chance for more dmg. You can run great ball.. But later its just a dead draw, and you can live with one blissy for a long time. Sableye is played in most straight blissy, even though there is cessation in the deck DISABLE is key.. It owns mirror match, and galade, and the power helps get energy in the discard also. You don't need all those trainers to set up a blissy deck, and if you want to run drakes stadium for counter, go ahead.

lake boundary (used in fighting deck such as G&G) and crystal beach (not sure what competitive deck plays this, banette?) could hurt t2 blissey. It is worth tech'ing a couple of stadiums to counter them (BF or Drakes)?

i put warp point because if i got any special condition and if the oponent have only 1 pokemon in his/her (basic pokemon) and i have another blissey and just 1 prize i can win the game

You still need 2 sableye, trust me there amazing against blissy, cant attack and it has resistance, and its good to get energy in the discard and getting rid of cards you dont need.
