Goal is to get out T2 Claydol and a fast Sceppy and Venu following.
Claydol provides all the draw power you need and will get you almost 6 cards every turn.
You run through your deck very fast w/ the Ball Engine, so that leaves more room for draw power w/ Claydol.
Venusaur should be out by Turn 3, as you will undoubtedly gotten the line by then if all goes as planned and it will usually be hitting for 60, as you may have used 1 energy to retreat.
Every other turn after that u should be adding 20, and u obviously spread the energy around so that one attack doesn't take your energy supply with it. BUT the deck can potentially do 100+ damage by turn 4 or so.

I'd drop the Quick Balls for Pokedex HANDY910is. Quick Ball is garbage in a deck with so many Pokemon. It is so rare that you'll get what you want

^agreed, but what happens if you cant get your claydol out turn 2 or 3.. Your in big trouble because you have no supporters.. How bout adding in some stevens advice, or copycat, or other draw power. Also you might need to throw in some DRE and a scramble because, if you dont get your sceptile out, then you need 4 energy to attack. Another question, Why not use boost energy? With venusaurs power body, it would help a lot, by adding more dmg quicker.
