Need help lots of help fast, especially with Scepterra, AND IS THIS DECK STATES WORTHY:

23 Pokemon

3-3-3 Sceptile (GE)
4-2-3-1 Torterra
2-2 Claydol (GE)

22 Trainers (A lot because I have Claydol, I know)

2 Amulet Coin
3 Team G's Wager
3 Copycat
1 Dusk Ball
3 Roseannes
4 Rare Candy
4 Celios
1 Switch
1 Warp P.

3 :fighting: energy
12 :grass: energy

Strategy is to use Claydol to do major drawing each turn to get rare candys annd Torterras and Sceptile out doing major damage. oh, and I'm playing agaist an improved (from my perspective) Flygon EX and Fearow deck, and a very quick Honchkrow X deck, and Gardylade

sceptile hardy does "major" damage. it would be smart to just use it for wild growth. this way you could easily pull off 2-1-2. a lot faster. 4 rare candy is more then enough. oh and you may need more switch then that.

How is it states worthy if you don't play a starter. -1-2-1 Sceptile line +4 Pachirisu. This deck will get destroyed by Mag(just letting you know).

2 energys for 50 or 70 damage is pretty good cause if Torterra is KO after damage Sceptile in for kill,

- 1 Grovyle
- 1 Copycat
-1 Roseannes

2 Pachi
1 Quick Ball

Pokémon n° 20
4 Pachirisu GE
2 Treecko GE
1 Grovyle GE
2 Sceptile GE
3 Turtwig DP (3 Because Turtwig pay CC for retreat)
2 Grotle DP
3 Torterra DP
1 Torterra LVX
2 Baltoy GE
2 Claydol GE

I dont think this is states worthy as it will get destroyed by Magmortar, but you definitly need Pachirisu

2-2 sceppy. cause with that many trainers and claydol and a cff starter you won't even need grovile. plus the powers dont stack so a 3-3-3 line will leave you with 7 useless cards. i'd tech a pop sceptile for the ability to move all that energy.
also replace copycat with rown's and drop a rosanns and a celios and add 2 night maintence cause you will need them. Good Luck

Thanks, here are questions and opinions

1: not many MAGS in my state, (haven't ever even seen one) for a fact
2: Why is Pachi (GE) even good
3: Thanks for advice though
4: Sceptile is a good comeback after Torterra
5: Mag can't kill Torterra easy
6: can still power Torterra without Sceptile
7:- 1 Celio
- 1 Grovyle
- 1 Amulet Coin
- 1 Turtwig
+ 1 Switch
+ 1 Energy Removel (This is pretty good, should I add more?):confused::confused::confused:
+ 2 Unown E ( good extra Sceptile health)

I also need to get this improved before states, really stressful!

this is denial, that's all.

2: Why is Pachi (GE) even good
Because it is a beast. Even more of a beast than Torterra (yes, I know that is really hard to believe, but that is the truth). It is a beast because it helps you setup faster. Get Torterra fast! Get Claydol fast (first priority)! And get Sceptile fast! If I were you, I would definitely play a quantity of four.

5: Mag can't kill Torterra easy
Very interesting, but I think you're mistaken.

this is denial, that's all.

Actually, Magmortar Lv X can't OHKO Torterra Lv X (if they are undamaged) Torterra X + Pluspower/Str Charm CAN OHKO Magmortar 8Without Lv X), and hit 30 to your bench, putting your others magmortars in OHKO range...

Anyway, some help:

Pokes: 20
3-2-3-1 Torterra
2-1-2 Sceptile
1-1 Vespiqueen (Trust me, removing 10 damage counters or more can save your day, and if it die with a snipe of Magmotar, you buy 1 turn...)
2-2 Claydol

4 Celios
4 Candys
2 Wager
3 Warp point
3 Rosseanne
Some more... Forget about Amulet Coins, Copycat and whatever... Claydol will be yur draw power... Maybe Leftovers to work on the curative theme (Torterra Lv X relys in health to attack with 100 every turn... then cure 20 with your 60 attack)

Anyway, hope this helps!

Thanks for advice, no Vespiqeeen though

-3 Cpycat
+3 Energy Removel 2

Magmorter can die 2-4 ratio of votes, dang!

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

-2 Roseannes
+2 Pachi

We were only saying that because you remarked about how it is not such a bad matchup. But if you want to prevent the weakness, simply play a 1-0-1 line of Blastoise d from Crystal Guardians. However, I don't recommend doing this since you said nobody plays Magmortar in your meta. So don't waste the space. But if you really feel it necessary, go ahead.

Bro, no whining about fixes or lack there of in the deck forum (seriously, check the guidelines writeup!). If there is a bad post, report it. The mods will get it.

Vespiquen = no. But how 'bout a 1-1 Sunflora? Whistle away a damage counter per turn.

Sorry, it's just with school and all it's really tough.:frown:I don't get to much practice and states are a weak or so away

Thanks for still helping

-2 E Unowns
+1-1 Sun.
