No it's legal as soon as it's released. MtG has that weird time table.

How exciting! Hopefully we'll get the fossils in this set too.

How many days does a set have to be released to be tournament legal ?
German Nationals are 30.5, so if Dp5 gets released 21.5, will it be legal ?
 
Prerelease weekend will be on 10,11,17,18 may so umm.... im sure theres time for the preparation for German nats but i think the German OP can have the rights to tell the LD to delay the release for anotther 10 days. :)
 
I'm not so fit in pkmn rules, is there a certain time a set needs to be released, to become tournament legal ?
Yu-Gi-Oh has a rule like that although i don't remember it exactly.

they included that write-up because of the whole phione fiasco on pokegym
 
pokebeach actually...and alot of people knows about leafeon and glaceon and garchomp already for months....
 
Wow, awesome powers, awesome attacks, but lame set names. Next thing you know the sets will be named Pokemon Adventures, Adventures 2, Pokemon Tamers, Pokemon Frontiers, and Pokemon Savers. :redface:

Dude, that's "Adventure", "Adventure 02" and "Frontier". Get it right :p

edit: Notice how it doesn't say Glaceon lv.X and Leafeon lv.X? I feel we might only be getting the non-LV.X in the set and then getting the lv.X next set (or as promos).

So it's not going to be called DP: Broken Combos? I think it would really help in sales, but that means nothing in the future will ever top it. Nothing.

Can't wait for the set though, I would like to get some Fearows.
