I'd cram in some Premier Balls. They should help your deck tremendously. Only having 2 hitters might be a problem sometimes.

o, i didnt know that, lol, well then. i would still run something else to start while yuo set up, theres just to high of a chance of mulligan IMO
 
i guess so, its just that 4 basics seems small to me, if even one of his eevees is in prizes then he gets 3 pokemon the whole game
