Pokemon USA just released an extensive list of errata and card corrections just in time to be in effect for the State Championships starting this weekend. Also released were updated Card Dex documents for the sets that these cards are in, included a new Card Dex for Great Encounters.
Here are the errata:
The errata can be found on the official Pokemon site here: http://www.go-pokemon.com/op/news/articles/24.html

Players, Judges, and TOs should update any Card Dex docs that they have for SW and MT to reflect these errata.
Note that the errata for Tangrowth and Exeggutor are specifically worded to take into account their interaction with Effects such as Sceptile's Wild Growth. With Wild Growth in effect, you would get two flips for each basic Grass Energy card!

New errata has been released to clarify certain Diamond & Pearl cards
As we advance into the competitive tournament season for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, it is important that we release errata to clarify the cards to match the designer intent in Japan.
These errata are in effect immediately and are reflected in the official Card-Dex entries for the expansions in which these cards appear.
The cards, with their errata, are listed below.
Tangrowth (Diamond & Pearl—Great Encounters, #10)
Power Whip
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage for each Energy from basic Energy cards attached to Tangrowth to that Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Unown G (Diamond & Pearl—Great Encounters, #57)
Guard Poké-Power
Once during your turn (before your attack), if Unown G is on your Bench, you may discard all cards attached to Unown G and attach Unown G to 1 of your Pokémon as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Unown G is attached to a Pokémon, prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to that Pokémon by your opponent's Pokémon.
Wormadam Sandy Cloak (Diamond & Pearl—Secret Wonders, #42)
Sandy Cloak Poké-Body
Prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to Wormadam Sandy Cloak by your opponent’s Pokémon.
Ariados (Diamond & Pearl—Mysterious Treasures, #20)
Sticky Poké-Body
The Retreat Cost for each player’s Pokémon (excluding any Ariados) is {C} more.
Exeggutor (Diamond & Pearl—Mysterious Treasures, #24)
String Bomb
Flip a coin for each Energy from basic Energy cards attached to Exeggutor and to the Defending Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.
Manectric (Diamond & Pearl—Mysterious Treasures, #28)
Discharge
Does 20 damage times the amount of Energy from basic Energy cards attached to Manectric.
